"Called another company and was told they couldn’t come out for 2 days. A friend suggested his neighbor who did AC repairs. Mike dropped what he was doing and came right out to assist us. Great guy, very knowledgeable, and made quick work of diagnosing and repairing our issues. Will definitely keep Diamond SAK in our speed dial for future repairs and any friends and family that need work. Thank you."

"I cannot say enough good things about this company! Always exceptional service! If you’re looking to support a veteran and his locally owned family business, then give this man a call. I lucked into to meeting this guy, and giving him an opportunity to work on my AC units in my home. Mike is honest and fair, and always responds quickly when I call for his help. He’s taken the time to explain what exactly the issue is, and what needs to be done to correct it quickly. I’ve never been charged for an after hours call, or weekend service. He cares for his customers and prides himself on being honest and fair! I highly recommend him, and will not use another company for my AC and heating needs!"

"Mike is fantastic! If you're reading these reviews and wondering if you should hire Diamond Sak, then wonder no more. The answer is a resounding 'Absolutely!'. Mike is so knowledgable and friendly and helpful. Not only did he install a new condensor, but he educated me and my daughter on the current furnace/blower unit that came with the house. For years, we've been told that in order to get working central heat and air we'd have to replace our entire system (at a heavy cost, mind you) so we've never had one. Mike got us setup and running in a matter of hours and was wholly pleasant the entire time. We're scheduling him to come out again and install a mini-split in my she shed room."

After YEARS of frustrations with other companies and struggling to find someone I could rely on, I'm delighted to have discovered Mike and Diamond SAK. He has been consistently knowledgeable, fair, professional, and detail-oriented. He is willing to go above and beyond for his customers, even at odd hours and weekends. He kept our ancient system running far beyond its expectations until we were ready (and could afford) to upgrade, and gave us excellent service at a fair price.
